How Delivery Works

Your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment. Your package then enters the international logistics network and travels toward your country. The parcel may pass through customs before being transferred to a local delivery partner. Your local delivery carrier completes the final journey to your address.

Order Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, you can follow your package as it moves through the international shipping network. Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number associated with your order, then enter the tracking information on our tracking page. Tracking can show international transit, customs processing, local carrier handover and final delivery.

Customs, Import Taxes & Delivery Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes or other charges depending on the destination country. These requirements are controlled by local authorities. Customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions and remote delivery locations can also extend the estimated delivery time.
