You can purchase the R36S directly from our R36S product page .

What is included with my R36S?

The current R36S package includes the handheld console, a USB-C charging cable, instruction manual and a 128GB MicroSD card.Included accessories or packaging can occasionally vary between production batches.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once fulfillment or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.

How do I find my order number?+

Can the R36S play PSP and Dreamcast games?

PSP and Dreamcast emulation are available on compatible firmware, but these are more demanding systems. Performance varies considerably by game, emulator and settings.

Where do I put ROM files?

On ArkOS-based setups, game files are generally placed in system-specific folders on the ROM or EASYROMS partition. For example, NES games go into the NES folder and Game Boy Advance games go into the GBA folder. See our ROM resources page for more information.

Where do BIOS files go?

On many ArkOS configurations, BIOS files are placed inside the BIOS folder on the ROM or EASYROMS partition. The exact file required depends on the system and emulator.

Does every supported emulator run every game perfectly?

No. Emulator support means the platform can be emulated, not that every title will run perfectly. Performance can depend on the game, firmware version, emulator core, BIOS files and settings. More demanding systems such as N64, Dreamcast, PSP and Saturn can be particularly game dependent.See the Supported Emulators page for more detail.

Can I add my own games?

Yes, you can organize compatible game files on the MicroSD card. You should only use game files, BIOS files and firmware that you are legally entitled to use.

Are all R36S consoles exactly the same?

Not necessarily. R36S devices can exist in different hardware and firmware revisions. Small differences in screens, boards, firmware compatibility, included software or components can occur between production batches.
